Shipping policy
1. General Information
All orders are subject to product availability. If an item is not in stock at the time you place your order, we will notify you and refund you the total amount of your order, using the original method of payment.
Most orders ship within 3 or 5 days. However, in peak seasons, shipments can take up to 7 business days. Once the order has been dispatched you will be sent a Tracking Code in your email with which you can use to track your order.
2. Delivery Time
An estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
Express Shipping: 3-7 business days
Please note that delivery times do not include weekends and public holidays.

3. Order Fulfillment
We ship daily from Monday through Friday, 52 weeks a year except for Saturdays, Sundays and holidays. Occasionally orders may not ship the ‘next-day’ due to stock issues, lacking order information or billing delays. Orders placed on Saturday will ship the following Monday or next open business day.
